Credit score influenced and not updated.

I dont even think these people deserve a 1star as from 6/12/2021 ive emailed and send proof of all my accounts paid in full. Still on my credit score and absolutely poor back feed from this company. My next step is to contact a lawyer in regards of clearing my credit and i will mention Nimble group should be held responsible........

) my wonga account is still open on my ITC record although i have a paid up letter from you on the 6/12/2021. Pleas correct this as soon as possible on my ITC profile. 2) my mpowa account is still open on you app. I have requested from the 6/12/2021 for this to be closed and for you to forward a paid in full letter.
