It has been a while since your response and still no call or email from your team who have messed up my credit profile how ironic that your team is quick to register not existent credit listings but not correct their mistake or even close an account that has been settled what is that? Honestly your company is the worst of them all I paid my account religiously on time and out of nowhere you start tarnishing my account to say that I have missed payments and now that I have settled the account they could not be bothered to update it... really now.

Please stop replying with miss information or lies when you know that you could not be bothered with assisting in any was shape or form
