Continuous Harassment
Why I am constantly being sent sms's and getting calls for a closed account? When I try call back, no one answers, the account is paid up, please close it, this matter has been taken up with Transunion and Experian but yet you continue to send notifications. This is also affect my credit score as the information you keep providing regarding my account is false
