Complaint iro long overdue prescription letter I have been calling emailing Nimble to forwaed me a prescription for a prescribed debt of african bank they promised to send me the letter it is now a week with no response and im getting emails which are unncesary and not want i requested all agents are not confirming the turnaround time and keep on telling me they have escalated the matter to another department as per the National consumer Act I am entitled to a prescription etter send me the required letter as requested to my emai ythis is long overdue and bad customer service .
