Complaint

I don't know this company, have never had any account with them, and now they appear on my credit profile about Capitec loan that prescribed in November 2022 and Capitec closed the account,So I don't understand why they are there? So can you remove your listing under my credit profile ASAP otherwise I'll report this to the ombudsman as it is against the South African law, Prescription Act 68 of 1969.
