******* COLLECTION ON PRESCRIBED DEBT & *****ULENT R1 PAYMENTS

I am lodging a formal complaint against Nimble Group regarding the ******* management of an alleged MR Price account. This debt is prescribed under the Prescription Act and Section 126B of the National Credit Act.

The facts are as follows:

Prescribed Debt: This account dates back to 2018. I have not made any payments, entered into any arrangements, or acknowledged this debt in writing for over three years. I formally notified Nimble of this via email on 04 February 2026, yet they continue to harass me for payment.

*****ulent R1 Payments: My credit report (ITC) shows monthly R1 payments being made to this account. I state categorically that I HAVE NEVER MADE THESE PAYMENTS. It appears Nimble is "paying themselves" R1 to *****ulently re-age the debt and stop it from prescribing on my profile.

Lack of Proof: Despite my requests, Nimble has failed to provide bank-verified proof of these R1 payments. This is a ******** misrepresentation of my financial data and is negatively affecting my credit score.

I DEMAND:

Immediate removal of this prescribed debt from all credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, XDS).

Bank-verified proof of payment (deposit slips/EFT records) for every R1 payment listed on my profile.

Immediate cessation of all collection activities on this account.

Failure to resolve this within 48 hours will result in a formal complaint to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the National Financial Ombud (NFO) for *****ulent credit reporting.
