I have called and used their your WhatsApp chat to acquire a paid up letter but I’m not getting assisted- genuinely feels like a ***** by just paying off the accounts I had with them. On 4 occasions that I called-1st I spoke to Ntando and she decided to hang the phone, on two occasions when I called again- my call was automatically cancelled, on the fourth count, the lady I spoke to also decided to close my call upon giving her my ID number. The WhatsApp line does work as I’m presented with a response of “🚫 We could not find any accounts for that number, please try again with only numbers or numerical values, no text and no spaces in-between the numbers.”
