Claiming money that has been paid years ago

You have recently listed me as a non payer to the credit bureaus however you are trying to collect monies that has been paid in full two years ago to Mixtelematics. I called your offices and they advised that this listing eould be removed and updated by the credit bureaus within 7 days. It has been more then 7 days and nothing has been done. Please ensure that this is correct if not I will be reporting your company to the NCR
