CELLC ACCOUNT PAID UP & LETTER SENT BUT YOU ADD ACCOUNT ON MY PROFILE

Good Nolene, Now i regret sending you the paid letter. *** is going on at your company... I told you that i paid the account thus sending you the proof thereof. Now your ****** company has the nerve to add the account on profile as if its active account. I really dont have the time to fight with your ****** company but this is not on. Can someone manager or something competent please do a proper job remove my name close the account on my transunion account ASAP as you guys are messing with my profile unjustly so.... And please no one should call me as there is no need to call, just do the funken job for heaven sake!Your ****** ***

I know how your ****** company works for heaven sake.

My point is I sent a paid up letter initially to your ****** agents in February not my problem the your company didn't do its prerequisite to follow up with cellc as I was promised then last month.

Last week was sent time I sent the same complaint.

I know that you guys don't really care that you messing up people's profile over your incompetence.

I was hoping someone without defence mentality like Ghaironessa Mosaval will be the one dealing with the query.

Is it possible that someone else can work on the query not Ghaironessa Mosaval ?

Once again here is the query:

I sent a proof of paid up letter from cellc in Feb 2022.

This was after agent from your company kept calling me.

Like the agent of last week, I was then promised in Feb that the query will be investigated.

That was until lady called last week atleast she took ownership using her email address to escalate it.

Again the account Nimble bought from cellc was paid up & cellc provided paid up letter.

It's therefore ******* for Nimble to list the account as such.

Can someone resolve to this simple query not be defensive before we include lawyers.

It's a simple query.
