Cant Keep to there Own arrangements

How bad is this place... way beyond Pathetic service, they always call you to pay the account, even a day later when you have paid, like always on time, and still have the whit to phone and sms to say you have to pay your account. You come to agreement on a outstanding balance, then next moment the change to amount to double the figure ? Since all calls are always recorded, i requested mine, so i can tell and show them..that's what They said and agreed upon. Now, you cant get hold of a Supervisor, manager or anyone to help you with this.. But you HAVE to pay the account. Well, No more, these people are useless and *****ing money from us. How do they sleep at night.. ??? I've send 5 emails to Cecilia Mekgwe in 2/3 days, NO reply...
