CAN YOU PLEASE CLOSE MY PAID OFF ACCOUNT NIMBLE GROUP!

I paid a jet account off in 2020 to MBD collections - They are my next bad review! And the account was never settled with the finance department, the account was then somehow handed over to Nimble collections. OH MY LORD! The service is terrible! I have been trying for 2 solid years to get them to acknowledge proof of payment and continue to charge interest on the account and affect my credit rating. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE AT NIMBLE GROUP WITH A BRAIN CONTACT ME TO SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT ***! The staff cannot even give you their email addresses correctly and the accounts email is just as useless!
