Call Centre Complaint

I am writing to formally request, once again, that you remove my phone number from your database. I have no association whatsoever with anyone named Leroy, yet I continue to receive daily phone calls from your debt collection agents asking for this individual.

Despite repeatedly informing your agents that they have the wrong number and being assured that my number would be removed, the calls persist. This has now become a form of harassment, and I am no longer willing to tolerate it.

If my number is not removed immediately, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action and file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities for harassment and data misuse.
