BULLYING OLD PEOPLE

Absolutely disgraceful. They have been trying to get hold of my mother, I called them today and spoke to Raymond who was very decent. I asked him to give me until Monday so that I could deal with the matter.

And then.......Kgmotoso (not sure of the spelling) called her 2 hours later and was rude and agressive. He was well aware of the note asking to contact me but no, he decided he would call and bully an 87 year old woman that has recently had a stroke and has been dealing with cancer as well. I hope that piece of **** clocked off for the day very proud of himself for making an old lady cry. I did try to get hold of him to speak to him in person but apparently he was too busy making other old ladies cry.

I would really like to hear from his manager or superior, is this really your business model? If you have to employ people with no empathy or compassion and apparently people that weren't even taught basic decency or manners, is the company incapable of providing some sort of training?
