Blacklisted
This "group" had me blacklisted! There was no contact made except when I tried calling them. To get hold of an agent is next to impossible!! They blacklisted me on a account that I paid up years ago!!! No response on email and no feedback on queries. They also don't update with TransUnion! This has messed up my vredit score TOTALLY!
