Being Ignored for 16 months | Prescription Letter

If I could give a -0 rating I honestly would. I have now probably made over 50 calls to this company halfway through calls are just dropped or they stay silent and when answered they try to help. However, I still get the generic answer to please email and in all honesty they are not rude they all sound very helpfull and say that they have escalated the matter. Still, no one can provide you with a reference number, I have now spoken to Aphiwe, Micheal, Kim, Ntombi, Sam, Nasreen, John, David, Lebogang, Zunaihra - Just to name a few.

I have escalated my matter so many times and have still not been provided assistance via email, and have also not received a response - Litteral Ref Numbers on mails that go unresponsive: SR-***, SR-***, SR-***, SR-***, SR-***

I have now repeatedly been advised that the account has been prescribed since last year October 2023 since then no response on requests for assistance or a prescription letter.

This is extremely frustrating and I find it truly disappointing that this is the level I have to go to just to pray i get assistance somewhere. I am kindly seeking assistance in the matter.
