Being harassed for a paid up account

<p>I had an Altech Autopage cell phone contract and when they closed down my contract was given over to MTN. During the transition period I paid my monthly contract fee in at a easy pay counter and sometimes via EFT and then was told by Altech Autopage to pay it directly to MTN and they provided me with the account details I should use. My contract is not in arears and I even renewed my correct in December and received a new handset which would not have been possible if I was in arrears. Since last year I’m constantly being harassed by SMS almost very second day from Nimble group saying that I’m in arears on my Altech Autopage contract and that they are going to place a judgement against my name if I do not pay them or make payment arrangements immediately. I have called them several times to try and sort this out but they cannot even tell me for which months I’m apparently outstanding or provide me with any kind of proof that I owe Altech Autopage any money and just get told that I need to contact Altech Autopage for the details but Altech Autopage does not exist any longer so there is no one that I can contact for this. When tell the person I’m speaking to at the Nimble group this they say they will look in to it and get back to me by they never do and I just keep on getting SMS saying I need to pay them.</p>
