bad service admin

<p>They want me to pay more of what i owe ,i sent them proof of payment but they keep on telling me that the admin must receive an email but i sent the email in may when they called me to tell me my account was handed over i call everyday but im not getting any help ,i cant even get a new cellphone or buy a car because of them i am really ****ed off</p>
