bad service

I received a bad service from this company NIMBLE GROUP from Nonzukiso Marawu I sent the email l2 weeks back and responded on 31 July after I launched my complains as I was not getting hold of her because they told she is working at home.For sure if working at Home she thought she is on leave or what yoh such a bad and terrible service. WORKING AT HOME IS NOT GOOD AT ALL.
