Bad Service

I took a contract phone with mtn and was than behind with my payment and they handed me over to nimble group company as their debt collector and they contacted me told me what i needed to pay, I paid everything that i needed to pay by January but even now I'm still getting calls from the debt collector regarding the mtn account, I have sent so many emails the proof of payment attached for them to see but still there no answer
