Bad ignorance

A very unprofessional company together with theu employees On the 20 of december I was dismissed from the company was told to qait the day and left to be said letter will be sent via email from then I had been calling for my letter recieving no.positive feedback either Hr is not there my first email had been on.the 7 of January sending emails direct to marlene no response no response when I to the offices on the 16 I then recieved the letter beacuse of I was in a hurry baged the letter went home to my suprise that when Carol Mpanjukelwa handed me the letter the Hr officer it has someone elses details I then on the same day sent a letter to her again advising of the amends that needed to be done and asked of my leave days pay out No response from then I had been sending and calling Marlene Williams dails never she had respondes when I caught on the phone she said she had sent me an email advising of the leave pay out days also I then sent her an email after we were on the line that I am recieving no email from her at all never she had responded till today the 20 I find it so ******** for a big company first to be neglegent and be ******** for a mistake that wss done by them can I go claim my uif No have they attended me ... Today it is pay day I am short paid for my leave days that I had I really dont know what ti.do anymore not only the ignorance is there when you are an employee but for this treatment? Carol even assured me will speak to the ******** Marlene did she ?
