Bad client service

I was handed over to Nimble Group for bad debt - account number FSL049355. I had a standing arrangement with these people to pay them a R 100 each month as I could not afford to pay more than that. Even after the arrangement was finalized, I received a monthly call from these guys telling me FNB wants me to pay more. After the 3 month I started to ignore these calls and blocked their numbers. I continued paying the account every month until the end of January when I was retrenched (where I worked with the exact same cases as my own - just with another company). I notified Nimble of the retrenchment and that I will not be receiving a severance package from my employer, but they refused to understand that part. After speaking to numerous agents and explaining my situation each and every time, I stopped making payments toward this account as I was unable and needed all the money as I didn't know when I will get an income again. Each time after explaining myself I didn't receive feedback - actually I am still awaiting feedback. They just phoned every time asking why I didn't make a payment. So, in May I started working again and I started to pay them again, but like I mentioned, due to circumstances beyond my control and being unable to pay, they went ahead and listed me on credit bureaus placing me in a difficult position when I tried to app**** for a cellphone contract. On the 30th of October I sent an email to ********** requesting a statement, which I never received. Then on 3 November I received an email stating that should I settle this account before 30 November 2017 I qualify for a 50% discount on this account. I immediately rep**** to this email requesting the outstanding amount and the amount that I must pay to settle this account and I mentioned that I did not receive the statement I requested a week ago. I only received feedback from them 6 days later, on 8 November. On 9 November I paid the settlement amount that was provided, I forwarded proof of payment and requested a paid-up letter as well as that they remove my listing on the credit bureaus, but up until today, 14 November I have not heard a word from these guys. I again sent an email yesterday at 12:32 requesting the paid-up letter and telling them that I am giving them 12 hours to get the paid up letter to me otherwise I will be using each and every media platform to my disposal to tell people what bad service they provide.

I am not asking for a lot, I just want my paid-up letter and they must remove the listing against my name and provide me with proof that it was done.
