Bad call center experience
Its the first company i have every dealt with where if you ask to speak to a manager, the respone is always the same" the managers is currently in a meeting.
The call center agents cant resolve my issuse im having, the team leaders that i spoke to makes empty promise which they cant keep.
Very disappointed in the Nimble group as whole.
