Bad business practice

This people have been harassing me for 6 years despite this account appearing closed on my credit report. They take two months break and start harassing me again, I have asked them to produce evidence of their claims. every time they call they tell me the debt was recently handed to them by Cell C and the last time I had a contract with Cell C was 2016
