Bad bad experience

I was handed over to this Nimble group for not paying my *** after a month of being handed over I did paid up my *** and I asked for paid up letter I was told that paid up letter it takes up to 14 days to be available now its almost 2 months I haven't received my paid up letter when I call they told me stories no one is taking me serious
