Appalling service

I’m so annoyed with the service from this company, it’s pathetic. After paying my account there’s still no sign of them resolving the issue that I have with them about my account. The most frustrating, rude and useless customer service I’ve ever had to experience. The supervisor is never a bailable to take calls,like why are you the supervisor if you won’t be willing to talk to customers.
