I'm trying to get my cell phone number removed from your database due to someone that I used to know personally, using my number for their Zone Fitness account and probably didn't pay, now their account has been handed over to Nimble and I'm receiving literal back to back sms's to settle and it's becoming increasingly annoying. How do you guys not verify cellphone numbers? I contacts your company and the agent just stopped talking, how disrespectful is that? Please have someone contact me to remove my number from the database because clearly your agents refuse to do their job.
