************ and ******ion Rig
Had an MTN account which was settled over a year ago with a different collection service. I've been getting calls from Nimble group about the account of which I always forward them the paid up letter.
They promise to escalate the matter and resolve it, only to come back a few days later harrasing me about the same account. They even go on to mention calls are recorded yet never bother to listen to the previous conversations.
They recently took it a notch higher by threatening me with lawyers and summons yet blatantly ignore the long thread of emails I've been sending them, with the paid up letter attached to all emails.
I even provided a contact person from the previous collection company to liase with for further clarity, of which they also ignore.
How is this not ************ and ******ion?

Best regards,
He, (Iihaam Joubert), tells me the account has been escalated to the relevant department. I have been getting the same response over and over again and nothing gets done. They claim to investigate the matter and as expected nothing gets done. Investigating and escalating for them is essentially a delaying tactic to prolong the matter so this can continue to harm my credit profile.
I have commenced with getting legal advice and will also report the matter with the Council for Debt Collectors, providing them with all the communication from the very first day I was contacted by Nimble Group.
