Agents are outright mis-representing

I have a R99k debt with Nimble. Had an agent call me and say that they will give me a 40% discount if I pay everything now or they can arrange 36 months of instalments of R580.10. And the agent ensured me that after 36 months I would get a settlement letter. I even specifically asked this and the agent specifically answered yes.

This seemed too good to be true so I followed up with the WA line and they don't answer properly with responses like "The paid up letter can be issued once the account has been paid up" - but that doesn't tell - if the arrangement with the call agent was a lie.

On pushing - the WA agent just disappeared. Can't get anyone to cancel the arrangement - can't get a statement out of Nimble.
