I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Nimble. My African debt has prescribed in 2021 and according to the law in South Africa the prescription act 68 of 1969 prescribed debts should remain prescribed, despite my attempt to show me evidence of the payments till date I have not received any, I will send an email to the ombudsman and require further assistance as this is not legal.
