Added fees on my debt

I have been trying to get hold of the customer service help desk at Nimble since today with no luck. I am paying my Mr Price account at Nimble via Debit Order every 25th . I have requested them to send me my statement which they did only to find out that there are fees getting added with no description. I emailed them 2 weeks back and nobody have get back to me till thus far.

Its not the first time am logging am writing about the very poor service they are offering to paying clients.
