Accounts Department suck!

Nimble doesn't post attention to accounts.

I manually paid the list but if my debt in September, Nimble didn't stop the month end debit order and I'm pretty sure they saw I no longer owed anything but they still didn't stop it.

I sent them an email on the 2nd of October to refund me my R500 but it's so difficult for them to date! How ridiculous! When they wanted my money they never took time to get back to me. I'm annoyed because this money was planned for Nimble!!!!
