Account paid up

It's been 2 months since I've paid up this account an on my credit report it's still shows that I owe tfg money I've recently visited a tfg and called tfg to see if the account has been cleared on there side as I paid it up with the nimble group they said that the debt is with Norman Bissett and associates and they have not been informed of the payments I have made this is negatively affecting my credit rating its been paid you guys are collecting money from people and not updating our credit profiles this is just theft I'm in the process of laying a complaint with the ombudsman I have contacted you numerous time and no response
