Absolutely Useless Company - Dispute and Documentation Nightmare".

I'm locked in a dispute with Nimble over an amount, and despite sending countless emails asking for answers and docs, I'm met with complete radio silence. I've laid out my concerns clearly, but their responses are either non-existent or super vague, just saying my query's been escalated or asking me to clarify – when I've already done that like, a million times! It feels like they're dodging my questions, which makes me wonder if they're even following the law. Debt collectors should provide proof when asked and sort out disputes ASAP.

So, Nimble, here's the deal: if you can't cough up the docs I need and acknowledge my dispute, I'm done. No more pointless back-and-forth.

The old "matter has been escalated" excuse – I've heard it so many times since August it's laughable! Tickets vanish into thin air, and your office's total lack of feedback is a clever tactic to keep people hanging. I'm baffled – how can it take over 30 emails to answer a simple question and share requested docs?! Do your employees get trained to dodge feedback with that canned response, or are they just winging it? Nimble's got a well-deserved terrible review score!

Nimble's blatant disregard for documentation and feedback speaks volumes about their business practices. No wonder debt collectors get a bad rap.
