Nimblegroup is business that lack customer service and follow no rules. my account was handed over to them. my balance was R3000 for which i was given discount to pay over 3 months. arrangement was made however they said i need to pay double amount in one month for which i did on following month they said the discount no longer apply and outstanding went up to R2300. when i ask for statements they refuse to sent me. i cannot pay without knowing how much am owing. this collection companies follow no rules
