6 Months, No Response – Only Empty Promises
They phone me every second day with promises, yet never follow up. I have sent numerous emails to all available addresses over 6 months with zero response. All I need is bank details, but no one provides them. All they want is a promise.... which cannot be fulfilled as I do not have your info. Time and money are being wasted on calls with no resolution. In the meantime, we are paying other creditors who actually respond. If this continues, I will escalate this to the company you claim to represent, as your lack of service is unacceptable.

19 Jun 2026, 10:49More than a week after submitting the requested information, I still haven't been contacted. Emails bounce back due to their system migration, yet I've received four calls this week from agents who know nothing about previous discussions and keep asking for the same information. No one follows up, and I still haven't received payment details. If they want payment, why is no one able to provide the necessary information, all they do is phone and ask for a PTP but cannot resolve the issue? Poor communication, wasted time, 100 phone calls with no resolution. Unless this matter is resolved, I will continue to share my experience on consumer and social media platforms. I will also be contacting the original company to raise concerns about the effectiveness and sustainability of the debt collection process, as my attempts to resolve this account have been unsuccessful due to the lack of communication and follow-through.
