2 weeks for account to be finalised
I was given a settlement amount on 01.06.21. Paid by the 25th of June 2021 .The account was supposed to be written off and for me to receive a paid up letter . Today is the 5th of July. The account still isn't written off. Spoke to countless agents...your company is not efficient. I'm very disappointed..
