*******! Worst service ever!

I returned a pair of sneakers in March for a refund. Received an email to confirm refund is processed and price of sneakers refunded. But no money has been received. I’ve phoned numerous times, call get cut. I’ve sent emails and bank statement to confirm no money have been received. No reply. I got though to call centre last week, agent confirmed funds will show by 28 April. Still nothing. It’ been almost 2 months. I am never ordering Nike’s again.
