Worst Service Ever!!

Thes worsr experience ever! Bought a sneaker in June, i have been waiting for this since then, ive sent numerous emails, back and forth, being told to follow up with Aramex, and only when i called Nike.com today that i get told my order got lost, and the i requested and email confirming the conversations i had with an agen be sent via my email, as we had agreed id be granted a refund, email received, called again now to be told i had to wait 4 business days ro receive an email confiming my refund, i have never complained about anything really, but this service from such a big company!!
