Worst Experience Ever

Bought for the first time on their website and I must say, biggest mistake and worst experience of my life. I have been waiting for 6 weeks now for my order, every time I do a follow up , I am told the same story " we have escalated your issue to a higher team member". I will never order from them again, I am worried that they might also refuse to give me my refund at this rate, no one is taking any responsibility nor accountability..... My advise to you, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM especially online. If there was a 0 to rate them, I would definitely give it to them
