Worst Customer Experience from Nike.com

I purchased a pair of Nike R4 sneakers from nike.com. On the first day I wore it, the left shoe started making an annoying squeaking sound when walking. I returned it and was refunded. I really liked this sneaker, so ordered the same one again. Thinking it would be right second time round. This pair arrived and the right shoe was squeaking when I walk. I had this order returned on 5/11/2025. Its 3 weeks later. I have since not received a refund. I have called thrice through to the helpline, sent an email, done a survey. And today I have received an email to say the sneakers will be returned to me because its worn. YES ITS WORN. THE SNEAKERS ARE DEFECTIVE. I've always been a huge Nike fan, but this experience has left a very bitter taste. The worst thing is that when I purchased these sneakers, my colleagues were mocking me because they are wearing **** Nike sneakers and here I'm paying 10x what they paid. And their sneakers aren't making squeaky sounds when they walk. Nike.com you really need to work on your customer service!
