******* covered by a huge reputable brand called Nike

Nike way of doing business is so unearthical. Very very unearthical. I successfully bought a pair of cycling shoes, which was on 18% discount, through www.nike.com. A day after confirming my order, I was advised that the shoes is no longer available, they have suggested that I go onto the web side and buy the shoe that they had suggested. When I go onto the webside, the shoe they recommend, which was also on special is now at a normal undiscounted price, and they give me a 10% voucher which doesn't come to what I have initially paid. So I raised my concern and they agreed to match the price when I make the order. I purchased the shoe at a higher price hoping that they will match it as agreed. Once the sale went through they stopped replying to my emails. After a day they refunded me the wrong amount. I raised it, they continued to ignore me, I said they must cancel my order and refund the whole amount, they continued to ignore my emails and still shipped the shoes.

Now that we have closed the deal, they don't do their part of refunding me the money they were supposed to refund me.

I find this to be a bad behavior for such a big company with such reputation to just push me to a point of reordering and then once they have their money, they now ignore me.

I am a loyal Nike fan because of my son. I vouged to never support **** Nike shoes that I doing rounds because I wanted to buy legit product, expecting to get a good service when I have a problem with the product.

I WILL NEVER BUY OR SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS AGAIN. THEY ARE AS GOOD AS *******, THEY WAY THEY HANDLED MY ORDER WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THE ONSET, BUT I GAVE THEM A BENEFIT OF A DOUBT.

I have learned and will never buy Nike again. I want the balance of my money back. If they keep on ingroring me I will go to the highest level. Yes it is small amount to them, but the way I was treated is not right at all

KEEP ON INGNORING MY MAILS, YOU WILL RESPOND VERY SOON NIKE. I WILL MAKE SURE OF THAT.
