Terrible Refund Service

I purchased a pair of Nocta x Nike Hot Step Air Terra on the Nike app in Oct 2023. The sneakers broke in May 2024, so we sent it back. Its already 2 months later and I have yet to receive my refund. They do not call you back and I'm not able to speak to a manger when I call each time. I have sent countless evidence proving I have not received the funds and still nothing.
