Still no refund after shoe returned

Still no refund after shoe returned. Its been extremely painful and I have disliked every min of engaging with Nike.com. There was no collection for 3 weeks and now still no refund not acceptable. I purchased from Adidas online and the collection was done the next day and refund shortly after. Bad doing business with Nike.com
