Shocking service at Nike Factor shop Woodmead

I drove to Nike Factory shop in Woodmead, was in traffic for 40 minutes and was relieved to get there at 5 pm. The shop closing hours are advertised to close at 6 pm. The manager at Nike did not allow anyone in, as the shop was apparently too full. There was about 15 people in a queue outside the shop. Everyone behind the security guard, that was 1 person in front of me, was not allowed to enter. The manager was rude and would not reason. Nobody understood why the entry was denied, when the shop closing hours are advertised as 6 pm, and the queue had a full 3 people in it. As I left, the manager allowed the remainder people into the shop. Nike, if you don't want people to shop, why don't you rather not open your doors at all? I spent my money at Adidas and Sportsman's warehouse, which, was helpful and did not show anyone away.
