Shocking and Unprofessional Service – Never Again!

I am beyond disappointed with the disgraceful service I received from Nike. I placed an order on 12 December 2024, which was confirmed to be delivered between 18-30 December 2024. Throughout this period, I followed up multiple times to ensure my order was on track. Despite raising concerns about not receiving a courier tracking number as per the normal process, I was repeatedly assured that all was well and my package would arrive on time by 30 December.

Fast forward to the eve of the delivery date, I received a message informing me that my order could not be fulfilled due to inventory issues! This, after weeks of misleading reassurances. To add insult to injury, I was casually told, “No worries, I’ll process a refund.” No worries? Really?

What Nike clearly fails to understand is the impact of this appalling service. These sneakers were meant for my daughters to wear on the 1st, and now, because of Nike's utter lack of professionalism, they will have nothing. As a father, I am devastated and infuriated at the carelessness displayed by such a global brand.

This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Rest assured, I will never purchase from Nike again. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I urge others to think twice before trusting Nike with their orders.
