Refund not Processed from Nike

I am having an issue with 2 refunds from Nike.comZA for R10,199.70 for items that were collected from my home by Aramex Couriers on the 10th February 2022. In spite of the fact that I received 2 separate emails from Nike on the 23rd February 2022 acknowledging receipt of the returns and confirming that my refund will be processed, I have to date not received any refund
