REFUND ISSUE

I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers from the official Nike website in December and returned them in early January due to sizing and poor fit. However, I have yet to receive the refund to my account. Despite my attempts to contact Nike, I have encountered issues with agents and emails that are not responded and have been unable to get a response. This experience has been very disappointing, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service the agents just dismiss you as if you are nothing I got an email last week advising me of refund but the funniest part is the email says refund was issued in January on the 13th and it's February 13th still no refund and today I spoke to an agent again and funny story is the refund was issued today and I must wait 10 more days to get the money this email was sent to me on the 7th of February
