Order not received

I ordered sneakers online on the 17 Nov 2024 and the expected delivery date was 04 December 2024 but haven't received anything.

I can't get in touch with someone from nike.com.

Their telephone lines aren't going through.

No email address available.

Only a chat box but we are not getting any response.

So disappointed, now my son thinks I'm lying and that I didn't order his sneakers.
