Not treated equally

Registered to become a member, done! a few days later tried placing an order, but couldn't because i seemed to have forgotten my password, asked for my password to be reset, till this day, i haven't received a temporary password.

weeks later, i see something again on your website, tried again, but couldn't log in, so i decided to order something using the "one time purchase" option, placed the order, and it went through.

sunday the 19/12/2021, ordered again using that "one time purchase" option again, and it went through. Yesterday, received an email stating that the item i ordered is unavailable, which to me was quite strange, as i would like to believe that your website is updated and checked on a daily! luckily! the person i ordered the shoe for is also a member, and was with me at that time the email came through, so i asked him to check if this shoe is really "out of stock", and to our surprise, the shoe was available in all sizes!!!

all i want is money money, as i believed we're all given the same service until last night!
