No refund as promised 4 months waiting

I have been waiting for a refund over 4 months since it has been paid , i went to the bank multiple times no funds has reflected, i have taken reference numbers from Nike but no luck ,when contacting Nike everyone tells you the same thing we will send you POP. this is so not acceptable this is my money not there's , there is no members satisfaction at all. i will no longer be using there services and if they feel like they wat to keep the money by all means .F@&k off.
